The facilities in this master planning effort included the headquarters buildings, dining facility, and company operations and tactical equipment maintenance facilities. We also prepared site development plans and specifications for 300 housing units on a 25-acre parcel for unaccompanied enlisted personnel. Our design and engineering work included new parking; roadway improvements; pedestrian paths; and layouts of open space and recreational amenities, courtyards, and headquarters facilities. WSP prepared site development alternatives for various housing configurations, circulation alternatives, and integrated stormwater features. As part of implementing sustainable land development and management practices, the project is designed to LEED Silver standards and stresses sustainability.
