Francis Cann leverages his four decades of experience in the power industry, including more than 15 years focused on transmission and distribution, to support the growth and expansion of the power delivery practice serving public and private clients across the U.S. His background prior to joining WSP includes providing oversight for power operations for a major engineering firm, and managing a program involving more than 200 transmission and substation projects with capex of $450M+. Francis holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
