With more than 33 years of experience, Leslie Gartner is the global director for WSP’s Science + Technology Sector. He has extensive experience with high containment research laboratory design, project management, costing and programming. The principles of science and health protection have been central to high design of high containment facilities for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense in every region of the US.
