Phase 2 Begins for Complete 540 Extension Project in North Carolina

WSP is the prime construction engineering and inspection consultant for the 10.8-mile extension of the Triangle Expressway, which is expected to improve local traffic conditions.

A groundbreaking ceremony on May 16 marked the start of Phase 2 of the Complete 540 project in North Carolina.
