Construction management

Construction management / contract administration

Our work includes on-site oversight of construction for multi-billion-dollar linear infrastructure projects in congested urban environments; station and facilities upgrades to better support fleet and operations of the transit network; managing public and business impacts; obtaining permits and licenses and utilities coordination, as well as construction in, and adjacent to, operational railway corridors.

Operations and maintenance

WSP offers services for railways (freight, passengers and “shared use”), rail transit and bus operations and service planning capabilities. We provide “investment grade” analysis, giving them critical input to significant infrastructure decisions. We provide maintenance technical service and consultation for transit and commercial vehicles. We have experience in maintaining, operating, and managing fleet vehicles.
