Scyller Borglum is responsible for developing strategies to expand WSP's strong footprint in the underground storage market, managing major pursuits, and promoting underground storage of hydrocarbons as a safe, long-term solution. Before joining the firm, she was part of the engineering staff at a number of energy companies, and also served as a fellow at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education from 2016 to 2017. Her background includes serving as a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. Scyller has Ph.D. in geological engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, and a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from Montana Technological University of the University of Montana.
