Two glass-clad staggered towers, designed by Gehry Partners to look like icebergs, bring office and outdoor space together in a campus-like setting. Green spaces are integrated on several floors throughout the development, enhancing both wellness and the employee experience. The signature design by Frank Gehry on the building’s exterior had to be incorporated into the sloping enclosure of the building, while accommodating the open spaces. Structural design responded to the unique shape of the buildings, and the heavily landscaped ground-floor, which sits above the parking garage.
The Leadership in Energy Efficient Design certified buildings, seven-story and nine-story respectively, employ large floor plates, which add flexibility and operational resilience for Warner Bros. next one-hundred years. A planned third building will allow for further expansion.
