Tate plays a major role in pursuing and growing opportunities with multiple tolling, traffic management center, transit and rail programs across North America. He is based in South Carolina and works throughout the country.

Tate is responsible for development, oversight and management of all business development aspects of mobility operations. He leads talented professionals at WSP as they expand the firm’s presence and deliver impactful change for clients performing mobility operations across the U.S.

Prior to joining WSP, he engaged with clients in a sales and business development role for a global provider of tolling and transportation management services. He brings valuable experience to WSP’s road user charging program, gained from a previous position providing digital services to state and local governments.
Tate is a graduate of the University of Nottingham, England, with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
