Jay Wratten is the Executive Digital Lead at WSP in the U.S., as well as the global smart places lead for WSP. Jay’s appointment is aligned with WSP’s global initiative to accelerate our shift to delivering digital-first solutions across our own and our client's businesses. In his Digital lead role, he is responsible for ensuring that WSP in the U.S. establishes a clear digital strategy supported by a robust digital leadership structure, demonstrates excellence in applying digital tools to project delivery, and continues to strengthen revenue and margin through our digital offerings. Additionally, Jay will ensure we are aligned globally to drive our digital strategy forward by sharing digital expertise and best practice between regions.

Jay joined WSP in December 2006, and has held a number of leadership roles during his nearly two decades with the company. Most recently, Jay served as a senior vice president and leader of our Property and Buildings Market Innovation and Advisory Services practice. His experience guiding and overseeing teams dedicated to leveraging emerging technologies to create advanced infrastructure perfectly positions him to support our ambitious Global Digital Strategy. Jay started his career with WSP in the San Francisco lighting design team and has contributed to a number of landmark sports projects such as Mercedes Benz Stadium and Allegiant Stadium. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering from the University of Kansas and project management professional (PMP) certification.
