Embracing an inclusive and diverse culture that promotes equity

WSP's commitment to inclusion, diversity and equity (IDE) is a central pillar of our culture and values. We stand at the forefront of efforts to foster an inclusive environment in which everyone can thrive.

WSP promotes a culture in which inclusion, diversity and equity are expected and valued. We also strive to create a sense of belonging for all, and our approach reflects our wider commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters.  

Everyone is empowered to speak up and be their authentic selves, regardless of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or ethnic background. To ensure we live up to our promise, our 2022-2024 Global Strategic Action Plan includes various ambitious diversity goals:

Since IDE is at the core of who we are, employees have access to specific training in this regard. This reflects our global approach and commitment while taking into account local needs.

ESG Report

We are proud of our dynamic Employee Resource Groups around the world, in which individuals can share experiences, celebrate and promote diversity, including Women of WSP, LGBTQ+, Indigenous, all supported by our global IDE network.  

These groups also play a key role in the local promotion of STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) to inspire the next generation and contribute to a more diverse industry in the future.
