Maintaining Peak Performance Building Operations

The key to high performing buildings is the commitment to maintain the design intent. Before a project is built, the owner and their design team develop a building that meets their goals on paper. The commissioning process verifies the design intent is met. Ongoing performance requires that the owner’s operations team is trained as the building moves from construction to operations. WSP achieves intent for performance goals on behalf of the owner’s O&M Team by providing critical support as “Day Two” commences. This support includes classroom training and walk-throughs, issues log management and monitored-based/continuous commissioning during the first year of occupancy and beyond.

Each project has its own specific complexities, so our team is committed to a working in a collaborative and proactive manner on your project in concert with all project stakeholders. Our national commissioning team includes varied experts, including in the areas of building automation, testing and balancing and MEP/Fire Protection.
